Easy to use

• Can be adapted to any design requirement for residential, commercial or industrial applications

Versatility

The panel and web construction allows for cavity widths of 2.5, 4, 6, 8 and 10 inches, with special web extenders to achieve widths of up to 20 inches. The 4.5 inch engineered brickledge panel provides a stable load-bearing support for brick veneer.

Value

The 5-in-1 system includes a vapor and air barrier, built-in eight-inch on centre strapping, R-25 insulation and soundproofing. Ease of assembly and efficiency of use make building with Formtech ICFs comparable to the costs of building a custom wood-framed house. Panels ship flat, significantly reducing freight cost.
