March 2007. The packaging manufacturer that produces the EPS components was sold and renamed.

SCA Packaging North America completed its sale and was renamed Tegrant Corporation, forming a company consisting of four business units focusing on consumer packaging, protective packaging and component parts, building products and thermal shipping brands.

The new corporation was described at the time as a manufacturer of engineered packaging solutions and energy efficient building products, with over 35 manufacturing and testing facilities across North America and approximately 2,100 employees.
