Features and benefits of the Formtech system from the contractor's side of the job.

## Easy to use

- Can be adapted to any design requirement for residential, commercial or industrial applications
- Reversible tread design means more flexibility and less waste
- ICFs accept a wide range of interior and exterior finishes: a backing for drywall on the interior, and stucco, lap siding or brick on the exterior
- ICF blocks can be assembled quickly on the jobsite with no need for special tools or additional manpower

## Versatility

The panel and web construction allows for cavity widths of 2.5, 4, 6, 8 and 10 inches, with special web extenders to achieve widths of up to 20 inches. The 4.5 inch engineered brickledge panel provides a stable load-bearing support for brick veneer.

## Value

The 5-in-1 system includes a vapor and air barrier, built-in eight-inch on centre strapping, R-25 insulation and soundproofing. Ease of assembly and efficiency of use make building with Formtech ICFs comparable to the costs of building a custom wood-framed house. Panels ship flat, significantly reducing freight cost.

## Product strength

- ICF construction provides ten times greater strength than wood
- Additional plastic in the corner block gives strength at all pressure point locations
- Only WebTec components are used, manufactured from certified high-grade plastic resins
- Embedded strapping has 300 lbs average pullout strength, double the industry standard

## Marketing support

Builders can increase their visibility with a range of Formtech-brand items such as jobsite signs, vehicle decals, brochures and apparel, and co-branding opportunities exist for print, media and web advertising.
